AutoMaster was founded in 2015 by Michael Chen, a former auto mechanic, and Sarah Williams, a software developer. After experiencing firsthand the inefficiencies of paper-based systems in auto repair shops, they set out to create a solution that would streamline operations and improve customer experience.
What began as a simple appointment scheduling tool quickly evolved into a comprehensive management system as they collaborated with dozens of repair shops across Ontario to understand their unique challenges and needs. By 2017, they had expanded their team to include automotive industry experts and software engineers dedicated to creating an intuitive platform that would work for shops of all sizes.
In 2019, AutoMaster secured Series A funding to expand across Canada, opening offices in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal. Today, our team of 45 passionate professionals serves over 500 auto repair shops nationwide, continuously improving our platform based on user feedback and industry developments.
